Product Guarantee:
SP Science’s products are covered by the following guarantees:
- Silver Life Mask - 2 years or 100 machine wash cycles at 40C whichever is the sooner from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects.
- Silver Life Textiles – 2 years or 400 machine wash cycles at 60C whichever is the sooner from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects.
These guarantees are offered in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.
Our products have been designed to comply with the statutory legal requirements and relevant safety standards of the United Kingdom, Ireland and European Union. All products come with a guarantee in accordance with the provisions of law 23 dated July 10th 2003.
Keep your receipt as proof of purchase, it is essential to present the receipt to the place or site of purchase to confirm validity of the guarantee in the event of any problems.
Guarantee Terms & Conditions:
These guarantees exclude any defects or breakages caused by inappropriate use of the products or inobservance of the safety and maintenance rules listed in the products’ guidance and on the care sheets, as well as faults caused by wear and tear through normal use and daily handling.
The care label should never be taken off, it contains important information and would invalidate your warranty if removed.
Registration/Proof of Purchase Notice:
For the maximum safety and care of your new SP Science product, it is very important that you complete the registration card found with the product. If you have purchased directly from us at www.spscience.co.uk then this product registration is automatic.
This registration means SP Science can inform you, if necessary, of the evolution and maintenance of your product. Additionally, if you would like, we can also inform you about new products or news that we think may be useful for you.
